Returns

When you buy our products online, you have the opportunity to try on the item under your own conditions.  Our prices are extremely low and returns our somewhat problematic for intimate apparel.  We want you to be a happy customer so e-mail us your concerns before returning.  

If you wish to return or exchange an item(s), please enclose the original invoice with your securely packed item(s) and state the reason for your return by following the instructions on the your invoice.  Since shipping costs our included in your purchase, any exchange would be decreased by $5.95.  

Please note the following points.

1. In order for us to maintain our low prices, please remit an additional $5.95 to cover postage and handling of your exchange request. 

2. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached. Health regulations stipulate that clothing that is soiled, worn, damaged, or laundered CANNOT be taken back If we receive such goods we will return the item(s) back to you at your expense.

3. Items must be free of stains, makeup, deodorant, or wear.

4. A 50% restocking fee may be applied to Final Sale or items mentioned in # 2. and #3.

5. In the unlikely event that you receive a defective or incorrect item it must be reported (via) within three business days of delivery. 

6.  Size Assurance is optional and if added to the order it may be transferred on the first exchange for the same item(s).

7. We do not provide pre-paid return shipping labels; you are responsible for covering the costs to return the items.  

8. All returns must include the original pack slip/invoice and the back filled out for us to expedite your return.
